About the Programme

What if you could empower your students with a lasting understanding about their wellbeing that could support them through the challenges that lie ahead?

All humans are innately resilient. At iheart, we believe we have everything we need inside. This conviction lies at the core of the iheart learning and offers our young people great hope and confidence. As a result, we have helped over 15,000 young people to access their innate wellbeing and potential on their journey to becoming resilient, contributing members of society.

Our 9-12 programme is delivered across 11 dynamic sessions using interactive classroom activities to drive discussion and gain understanding, so that children of all capabilities can come to learn and understand how they can thrive, whatever their challenges.

We challenge students to use their scientific minds to prove iheart’s concepts for themselves. Learning is stimulated through engaging animations and videos, participating in group activities and discussions, and self-reflective worksheets, all aimed at discovering:

pink-droplet    How the mind creates all of our realities, feeling states, moods and behaviours

The children are starting to believe in what they can achieve, and they will go on to be better adults making the world a better place in the future, thanks to the partnership between iheart and our school.

Sash Hamidi, Executive Headteacher, Priestmead Primary School

I had the pleasure to watch one of the sessions last week, and the impact of the work has been incredible. In the short time I was able to spend within a class, I witnessed a young girl, who I have not heard speak to an adult in 18 months, giving a profound response on why bullies do not define who you are.

Jamie Rogers, Associate Headteacher, Welldon Park Primary School

I would build an imaginary brick wall that I couldn’t get over. Now I see that it’s just a wall within my mind.

Sarah, Year 6

The girls have developed a very helpful understanding of how their thinking influences their response to events, which has helped them to think and react more positively to these events. The curriculum is taught through fun, simple and innovative activities. The team were highly recommended to us, and the girls and staff here certainly endorse that recommendation.

Mark Webster, Headteacher, St Margaret’s Independent Girls School
