This 5-part entry level weekly course is taught by IHEART Founder, Terry Rubenstein. The course introduces you to a new way of understanding resilience. Resilience is innate and part of our “psychological DNA”. The only barriers to experiencing resilience in all aspects of our lives are the misunderstandings that we have about the way we function psychologically. Seeing the illogic of these misunderstandings effortlessly uncovers more and more wellbeing and resilience, bringing simplicity to the complexity of our daily lives.
This course is a live online course, accessed via zoom. The weekly sessions take place from 1:30 – 2:30 pm (BST), and recordings of each session are made available to all participants.
Our intention is that, by the end of the course, you will:
– Not feel victimised by circumstances or the past
– Get over things quickly
– Experience more compassion, gratitude, hope, forgiveness, humility, security, confidence, wisdom and love
– Feel responsive, not reactive to life
– Live with less thinking on your mind
Additional videos and reading material will be suggested for further study after each session. Past courses have shown that the most impact is gained when all resources are utilised.
