Resilient Families

Resilient
Families

What if everyone in your family had a common language and understanding about their feelings and wellbeing to better navigate the inevitable conflicts and difficult moments at home?

Historically, children (and parents) learn core subjects such as English, Maths and Science at school. But what about our mental health and wellbeing? This is the BIG missing piece in education.

At iheart, we have thought of everyone by creating mental wellbeing programmes for both young people and parents

Resilience Tutoring Programme for Young People

Resilience Tutoring empowers young people through 1-1 or private group sessions. This programme focuses on educating our children about where resilience is found, why they don’t always feel it, and how they can uncover more of it within themselves.  It gives them the knowledge to help navigate life’s inevitable challenges in an easier way.

Creating a Resilient Family Course

iheart’s parenting course provides essential support for parents and carers with a 10-part practical online course. Aimed at developing psychologically healthy, resilient and thriving families, this course inspires parents with the confidence that the best job in the world can be fun, light and full of joy.

‘I can genuinely say as a parent, this time with iheart has been life-changing for my son (and myself). iheart learning helped him manage the wait, challenge and uncertainty of A-level results day. He has now started university this week! I believe the sessions with iheart have helped him develop a deeper strength of mind, meaning he is ready to tap into his insights to help him start his new chapter in life with a new found confidence.’

As a parent of teenage children, I found the iheart programme inspiring and rewarding. The range of session topics challenged both my daughter and myself in a positive way, carefully explaining core principles and equipping us with a greater understanding and confidence to look after our own wellbeing.  It is likely to be an enduring mindset for us both.
